I am committed to helping you achieve your Spanish goals. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience, I’ve put together a refunds policy that’s fair, flexible, and friendly.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might need to cancel a lesson. However, to ensure I can continue to provide you with the best possible service, we have a 48-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel a lesson, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within this timeframe, I’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.

No-Show Policy:

I know that sometimes things come up, and you might not be able to make it to a lesson. Unfortunately, if you’re a no-show without prior notice, I won’t be able to provide a refund. I’m here to help you learn, and I need your commitment to make the most of our time together.

Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel a lesson within the 48-hour window, I’ll provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule. If you’re a no-show, I won’t be able to offer a refund.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, such as a family emergency or serious illness, I may consider a refund or reschedule. Please contact me to discuss your situation, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
